AccessMH is designed not to become a patient-record system. Finder searches do not require a name, account or diagnosis. Optional sharing uses the minimum operational information needed to send and troubleshoot a message.
Mobile numbers and receipt email addresses are kept separately from aggregate analytics and are automatically deleted or masked after the configured operational retention period (90 days by default). Long-term analytics do not retain full mobile numbers or email addresses. Work email domains may be grouped for aggregate adoption reporting; common personal email providers are categorised as Personal/Other.
Do not enter patient names, diagnoses, addresses, clinical notes, NDIS information or reasons for contact.
